Enjoy the beauty of every breathtaking sunrise and sunset from our well appointed 6th floor unit. The condo is centrally located and close to everything PCB has to offer. Located in the Grandview East Condominiums.
There is something for everyone at PCB! We love time relaxing on the beach, while others in our group love to be "on the go" playing putt putt and visiting Pier Park. Panama City blends relaxation with "on the go" fun so well that we knew we wanted to come back again and again.
We have updated the decor and several of the finishes in 2019. We hope that these changes add to the enjoyment of our guests. We are located on the part of Panama City Beach known as “Long Beach.” The condominium complex is Grandview East Condominiums.
THE LAYOUT OF THE CONDO:
- PRIMARY BEDROOM: Beach front view, Balcony access, King bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower
- BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, Access to 2nd bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- BEDROOM 3:Full over full bunk bed (only one adult or two children on the top bunk),Twin pull out trundle, Smart TV
- LIVING ROOM: Balcony Access with fantastic view of the gulf! Sofa with queen sofa bed, Loveseat, Smart TV
- DINING: Dining Table seats 6. Bar area has 4 barstools.
PARKING: Grandview East allows 2 unassigned parking places per unit for the parking lot across the street. There is a 2 vehicle limit. The parking pass must be displayed in the windshield at all times. Guests may load and unload right at the entrance.
POOL: Pool is open and heated year-round.
BOOKING PROCESS: To ask a question, please submit an inquiry. To book this unit, submit a booking request. The host will contact you with additional questions and clarifications. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a copy of our short term rental agreement via email. This must be signed within 24 hours of booking. A copy of the rental agreement can be previewed in the "House Rules" section of the listing. Guests will need to upload a copy of their ID to the profile section of the booking platform when the option to do so exists (not applicable to some platforms). Once we have your signed rental agreement, you will be all set! Then, about 2 days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with all of the check-in instructions.
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS: We do not allow guests to book on behalf of another guest. The guest booking this property must be present in the unit during the reservation.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Grandview East Condominiums has security cameras throughout the complex in shared/community areas including but not limited to: elevators, walkways, pool area, and gym.
HOA requires that guests checking in be 25 years of age- no exceptions
NO smoking (even on the balcony)
NO pets
NO parties or events
NO additional guests other than those registered at the time of booking.
By booking this unit, guests are acknowledging that they have read and agree to the terms in the rental agreement.
$300 refundable damage deposit. This will be in the form of a "hold" on the credit card used to book.
Cleaning Fee $150. The parking fee and cleaning fee may be listed as one $200 charge depending upon the platform used to book this reservation.
Parking Fee $50
Refundable Deposit $300 which will be a hold placed on the account two weeks prior to arrival depending upon which booking platform was used to create the reservation.
Please note that the top bunk bed only accommodates 2 small children or 1 adult.
